At the heart of the gym is a commitment to providing a safe, inclusive space for anyone at any level to train to reach their goals. The facility allows members the ability to come in seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day to maximize their training experience and ensure success at all levels. At any hour, members have access to USPC and Westside Barbell Certified Coaches, nutritionists, certified body tempering, nationally and world ranked powerlifters and strongman competitors, and much more!

The annual membership is a twelve (12) month contract for $65.00 per month. This membership contract renews automatically unless the member cancels or opts into different membership offering (e.g., Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Family).

Semi-annual membership is a six (6) month contract for $75.00 per month. This membership contract renews automatically unless the member cancels or opts into different membership offering (Monthly, Annual, or Family).

Month to month membership with no contract.

The Family Membership is a twelve (12) month contract for $120.00 per month. This membership contract renews automatically unless the member cancels or opts into different membership offering (Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual). The Family Membership includes two (2) adults and one (1) dependent. Additional dependents will be an additional $25.00 per month per dependent. Dependents must be under eighteen (18) years old.

Body tempering is a soft tissue mobilization technique that uses heavy weighted cylinders to apply deep pressure to muscles, joints, and fascia. It is considered a more intense version of foam rolling, where the user is passive and relaxed while weights are applied to the area, promoting tissue repair, reducing soreness, improving flexibility, and enhancing recovery.
